Jeremy Miller seeks fourth term in Minnesota State Senate

Jeremy Miller announced today that he will seek re-election to a fourth term in the Minnesota State Senate. Miller has represented District 28, which includes portions of Fillmore, Houston, and Winona counties, since 2010.

“It is an honor and a privilege to represent the people of Fillmore, Houston, and Winona counties in the Minnesota State Senate. This is where my wife, Janel, and I grew up, where we built our small business, and where we’re raising our family. I’m running for re-election because there has never been a more important time to have an experienced leader as our voice at the State Capitol,” said Miller. “I remain committed to listening and working together with you to make Southeastern Minnesota an even better place to live, work, and raise a family.”

As a state senator, Miller has been a strong advocate for issues related to health care, education, higher education, farming and agriculture, veterans, and workforce development. Miller is also a champion for our senior citizens, people with disabilities, and Minnesotans living with mental health issues. In 2018, Miller was elected by his colleagues to serve as the President of the Senate—the youngest Senator in state history to serve in that role.

Miller and his wife, Janel, live in Winona. They have three children.
